Although it was stated that the funds would be released after the video call, they are not transferred!!!

We had a video call with an Amazon representative on 07.01.2025 regarding the remaining funds in my seller account. We submitted all the requested documents completely and on 09.01.2025 it was stated that the accuracy of our documents was approved and that our funds would be transferred to us on the next payment date. However, although our next payment date is 12.01.2025, the funds were not transferred to us. We sent an Appeal and an e-mail regarding the issue and it was stated that it was approved again and that it would be paid on the next payment date, but the amount to be transferred in the payments section is shown as 0.00, I request support regarding the solution to the problem.

Can you please provide me the case ID from your contact to support?
I'll have a look into the investigation to verify if re-investigation is required.
Please have in mind that this kind of approvals may take some time to show under the payment dashboard as well.
