Hope you all are good and doing great. My account was created in December, 2023. And since then I had not listed any product on my Amazon Seller Account. My account was deactivated in March, 2024 due to inactivity and I was asked to upload new bank statement and charge method. I uploaded new fresh bank statement and also again updated charge method i.e. Credit Card. Now again on 23rd April 2024 my account was deactivated and I was asked to upload Electricity/Gas etc utility bills. I uploaded my Gas Bill as well as Electricity Bill which is on my own name and address on seller central which I had put while making account. But today I received message that "Your Amazon seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement".
Can anyone please kindly help me in this regard! Why was my account was deactivated?? I had not yet listed any product I am in the process of finding a authorized distributor/supplier. I am planning to do wholesale. What should I do next? Please help me. Thankyou.

you should check the first warning email there you can find more information about the core issue, all other responses sometimes confuse you about the core issue.

Good luck bro i also received a section 3 violation in February and after almost 3 months of speaking to amazn asia reps i finally spoke to an USA rep in washingt0n and they told me that there is not path to reinstatement because of amazn policies for the foreseeable future. your lucky you didnt have any inventory sent because then you would be fudg.ed like me
