That cannot be resolved by Amazon because THAT is not an Amazon issue. On top in the search bar write "Payoneer" and read one of the countless threads. You can use the search bar any time before posting a new thread.

In this situation, I recommend that you reach out to the PSP for further guidance and troubleshooting. Amazon cannot verify the bank account until we get the proper documentation from the PSP.

I've provided all the KYC information required by my PSP and my PSP has confirmed that no further steps are required. When will this be reflect on Amazon?
It can take up to 24 hours for your participating PSP’s KYC review result to be published on Amazon. If you believe the status shown on the Deposit methods page is not accurate after 24 hours, contact your PSP’s customer support or account manager to ensure the result has been published to Amazon. If your PSP confirmed that they have already published the KYC review result to Amazon, you can contact our Selling Partner Support team.
What if my participating PSP never completes the KYC review?
If your PSP does not complete the required KYC review within 45 days after you received the first email notification from Amazon, you'll no longer be able to receive disbursement to that bank account until the KYC review is completed.
Note: Your PSP may require additional information or documents from you in order to complete this required step.

I have the same problem, Payoneer says is not a problem of their end and Amazon says is not a problem of their end. I have communicate with both several times and still don't get an answer. I have this problem since january and no solution from no one. Really bad service from both sides that not even say what's the problem, just keep waiting...
