IP Notification - Endless AI Responses?

Agency issues 'Parallel Import' IP notifications on 4 products I'm selling...

I have genuine UK invoices from a legitimate supplier of said brand, so upload the invoices with the prices redacted.

Knocked back a number of times... So rings the Account health team...

1st call - "Add product images"

2nd call - "Explain you understand the notification and explain why you havn't broke the rules"

3rd call - 'Last rep was incorrect' but the team "Needs more information to verify the supplier"... Provides bank statements but constantly asking for more, wanted order confirmations, email chains, unredacted bank statements... the list genuinley went on and on everytime I provided something else...

Knocked back every time... The account health team is the biggest waste of time I've ever encountered to be truthful... However...

My issue in between all this, no matter what I submit my cases are IMMEDIATELY shut down by AI... No human is even getting a chance to review this information.

When stuck in this loop what is the solution? Some people say email MD but the last 3 times I emailed they don't even respond...

Have you tried to contact the agency to ask them to withdraw the complaints?

Also try the brand directly if you can find a contact. I have had an agency in the past issue a similar takedown and the brand were helpful in getting the agency to remove the complaint.

I understand you have some claims for Intellectual Property violation on some of your products and the documentation provided is not being accepted.

For this kind of claims, make sure you are aware of the Amazon Intellectual Property Policy and have documentation that meets the requirements.

In most of the cases, it is required for you to provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and/or Licensing Agreement (LA) from the Rights Owner authorizing you to sell the product.

Those documents should contain the following:

  • The name and address of the Brand or manufacturer.
  • Your name and address, matching the information in your selling account.
