Will the Price Discount impact the "Prime Exclusive Discount" and invalidate it? Can we run both of these at the same time? Where is the official news about running Price Discounts for both members and non-members during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales?
We want to maximize our sales for both Prime and Non-Prime members.

Hey @Seller_iArcPXurfBUCW- thanks for asking this question here on the forums.
A Prime Exclusive Discount would not be able to run concurrently with another discount on the same ASIN for non-prime buyers. But you would be able to set a discount on an ASIN, and if the buyer is a Prime member, the Prime Exclusive Discount would be taken off the already discounted amount. The best resource for understanding Prime Exclusive discounts relationships with other deals and promotions is through this Prime Exclusive Discounts FAQ. Though I'll also include the eligibility criteria for Prime Exclusive Discounts as it is relevant!
