My listing, which was originally titled "Displate Wall Mounting Kit (Includes Protective Leaf, Magnet & Cleaning Wipe)," was recently deactivated following a trademark complaint from an individual named {Moderator Edit personal data }, who claims ownership of the trademark "MAGNETS365."
Here’s a brief overview of the situation:
Product: I have been selling authentic Displate products for two years, sourcing them directly from Displate, the original manufacturer. Displate has confirmed that they have no relationship with {Moderator Edit personal data } or MAGNETS365.
Listing Title Change: After my listing was deactivated, the title was changed to "MAGNETS365 Displate Compatible Wall Mounting Kit Bundle." Additionally, the product image was altered to blur out the Displate logo and falsely add "MAGNETS365" branding. This is misleading and could cause customer confusion, as the product being sold is still an authentic Displate item with no connection to MAGNETS365.
Customer Reviews: Multiple customer reviews for this product include images showing the genuine Displate product with no MAGNETS365 branding, further proving that the listing has been altered in a misleading way.
Attempts to Resolve: I now realize that {Moderator Edit personal data } intention may be to monopolize the listing under his own brand, MAGNETS365, as he is currently selling on the listing after making these changes. I have made several attempts to contact {Moderator Edit personal data } to discuss this issue and seek a resolution, including the possibility of switching the listing to my own registered trademark, "ZeeTech." However, {Moderator Edit personal data }has not responded to any of my communications, further complicating the situation and leaving my listing deactivated.
Impact on My Business: The deactivation of this listing has significantly impacted my business, and despite providing all required documentation, including invoices from Displate, my listing remains deactivated.
I’ve already submitted a detailed appeal to Amazon Seller Performance, including all supporting documentation, but have only received generic responses so far. This issue is severely affecting my ability to operate my business, and I’m concerned about the potential for further damage if it isn’t resolved soon.

Probably not what you are wanting to hear but you may well struggle with this. We had a similar situation. Your problem is that your invoices are no longer for the product listed, it is now a different product.
If I want to change one of our products I have to jump through hoops but Amazon seems to let sellers such as the one you are dealing with do things like this.
The original trademark complaint was probably just for you using magnet in the title ( we once had listings taken down that had the word "and" in them. Seems the bots were looking for a trademark that was ----- and ----) and the changes made once you were removed from the listing.

What was the EAN barcode number for this product?
Does it use GS1 barcodes?

As others say you will struggle with this one. It is beyond belief that bad actors can change the brand on a product. Amazon really need to get to the bottom of how this happens and stop it.
You will probably not get anywhere with seller support as they will be expecting invoice from MAGNETS365 or a letter of authority.
You can try reporting the listing through the abuse link from account health but often this will not get you anywhere.
It is unlikely the other seller will respond to you as they know they are in the wrong.
Sadly this happens on Amazon on a fairly regular basis....it is abuse and it is wrong but Amazon either can't or won't crack down on it.
