Hi I can see this has been a problem for others but no indication of a resolution. I have already submitted a Handmade Maker application and just been told it was not received by Amazon. I am trying again but the Submit button does nothing. I have completed all sections, reviewed for anything highlighted as incomplete and am now at a loss. Has anyone any suggestions please.
