Section 3 violation without selling on amazon?
I am particularly puzzled as I have not sold any units of this product through Amazon.
I have carefully reviewed my listing and believe it adheres to all of Amazon's policies. To the best of my knowledge, I have not engaged in any activities that would constitute a Section 3 violation.
I would appreciate it if anyone could provide more specific details regarding the nature of the violation and any evidence or information that led to this conclusion.

"Section 3 violation without selling on amazon?"
Yes, that's absolutely possible and happens a lot. If you gave ratings or reviews for getting free products, reviews for friends or familiy or members of a social media group, too many returns as a customer, talking bad to customer service, ordering a large quantity of units without paying (in order to block the inventory of a seller). There are certainly many more possibilities.... AND .... Amazon's AI sees anything you did on internet the last years.

@Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC mentions a lot of things that could have caused this.
You say that you never SOLD any but the most important question is did you LIST any by creating an ASIN with an offer to sell?
If you did, it shows an INTENT to sell the products which is all that is needed for Amazon to suspend sellers.
There have been a shocking number of posts lately by sellers that have been suspended for "testing" to see if they can sell something by creating an ASIN.
So, did you create a listing at some time in the past?

Hello @Seller_cM1Vd9QH3goPc,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account.
I would ask that you post your original deactivation notice, or request for information. This will help me in assessing your situation to provide more accurate guidance. Was there a mention of not being able to verify you, your business, or inventory?
Surrounding the concern of a branded listing being sent to the fulfillment centers, this could be related to a supply chain review, concerns of authenticity or intellectual properties for example. The product you mentioned, is this your ASIN and brand? Did you list someone else's brand and request approval to sell yours?
If you have only requested approval to sell, this does not authorize you to list or sell the brands product on amazon. You may require additional approval from the brand itself including a letter of authorization, or invoices that validate you were sourcing them appropriately.
Along with the requested notification, can you also advise the related ASIN you mentioned? This will additionally provide more information so we can offer more support and guidance.
