We currently sell on Amazon.com. We want to expand to Cananda market but is so confusing. Just staring out, we don't expect to hit the yearly threshold for sales volume. Do we still need to get a VAT certificate? Also, when buying Amazon Buy Shipping, does this cost include all the shipping and custom forms? Thanks for your help.
