Amazon suspended my account for the violation of section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement

After we fail the first video verification,then we submit the internet bill with the current business asddess for the appeal.But we got two reply stating that our account still suspended. All documents is true and but no one to verify it.We now apple for a new chance for second video verification.But they refuse it.So how can we going?

Good Evening @Seller_KHWquPDNDRFz7, it looks like you have been working with the support team for the last month or so and it appears your selling account is ineligible to be reinstated at this time. You may continue to appeal through your Account Health Dashboard and watch for any additional updates from support in your Performance Notifications.

I know this is not the news you were hoping for but at least you were able to receive several reviews to appeal your account deactivation. Please let me know if you have any questions about the outcome of this discussion. Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
