Account deactivated need help everyone

Hi everyone, I am a new seller I’m reaching out because I’ve recently been deactivated due to two late shipments. I understand that on-time delivery is important, but I just want to share that every other shipment I handled was delivered on time. These two delays were out of the ordinary and caused by circumstances beyond my control. What’s been even more frustrating is that Amazon isn't accepting my invoices, and I’m not sure why. I’ve double-checked everything, and from what I can tell, the documents are correct. Because of this, I feel stuck, I can’t get reactivated, and I can’t seem to resolve the issue with the invoices either. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Is there any advice or support someone can offer? I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to move forward or get in touch with the right support channels. I just want a fair chance to keep working and doing things the right way.

If any one can help on this problem it will be much appreciated.

What @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9stated is correct.

WHY were they late and exactly what does "caused by circumstances beyond my control" mean?

Did you not have inventory on hand for some reason? Were you on your death bed in the hospital? In a car crash?

This sounds much more like a dropship issue and you didn't get the tracking numbers on time.

Were you dropshipping?

"Amazon isn't accepting my invoices"

Do you have an LOA from the brand?

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK? You DO have a sales rep at the brand, don't you?

Too much missing information, so do as suggested --

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
