We are the regostered brand owner and the manufacturer of the product we are trying to ship to FBA.
We are selling this product since years without any problems. Now it is not possible to ship the product and we got following notice;
We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Luxury Beauty category in New condition(s)
Other Luxury Beauty category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Our products are brand-new, manufactured by us in Germany, and there are no other sellers offering them. At the same time, thousands of other sellers are selling its own brand products in the same category.
I contacted seller support to escalate a business-critical issue. However, they didn't take any action and responded: "We are currently not accepting applications to sell these items. We will not be able to provide any further information at this time."
This is not acceptable and a serious problem for our business.

It looks like your product has been identified as a Luxury Beauty product and is subject to Amazon's restrictions to that category while your other products have been identified as Standard Beauty products. At this time the best course is to appeal that this product does not belong in the Luxury Beauty category. I'm currently investigating to see what options exist to appeal. Once I have updates I will reach out to you here. Thank you for your understanding.
