Amazon Customer Service is directing a FBA customer to me for resolution
Amazon Customer Service is directing a FBA customer to me for resolution as they have not received the book. Customer states it was supposed to be a gift. I apologized for the situation and instructed the customer to re-contact Customer Service as it is an FBA order. Once again they referred the customer back to me. Everything on this order and book indicates it is a fulfilled by Amazon order. Should I just accept Amazons error and initiate a refund for the customer?

Hell no, stand your ground, it's Amazon's error.

Hi @Seller_czFGrT2ueC4SJ, that's odd indeed and I'd like to help if possible. Any chance you can share a case with support where you've shared the details or open one and relay that ID for me to escalate?
