Amazon doesn't issue invoices; they give receipts.
Amazon is a retail site. Retail is not a suitable source for inventory.
You need to be sourcing from WHOLESALE distributors (and in many cases, be authorized BY THE BRAND).

DID YOU source from AUTHORIZED wholesale sources that your rep at the brand says are OK.

NOTE the verification is required from the brand that the source is legitimate and authorized, NOT from one of those touted on TikTok and YouTube as having "thousands of brands and products" that assures you that they are authorized.
You watched TOO MANY YouTube or TikTok videos.
You should have spent hours/days on Seller U and read the Forum to see all the really creative ways rookies find to get suspended by ignoring the advice above! You did NOT do that.

Was this a concern of authenticity due to customer complaint, Amazon inquiry including but not limited to a supply chain review? Was this an intellectual property complaint from the brand or rights owner?

Looking at this ASIN is branded to Mattel, and as mentioned by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw we will issue receipts for purchases from our stores. Although we can accept receipts per our responsible sourcing requirements, you however are still responsible to ensure ALL required information is present on the documents, and that you're sourcing from an authorized supplier for redistribution. Some situations will even require that you obtain a letter of authorization to verify you are an authorized distributor of the brand.
Does your sourcing documents reference the Mattel brand? Since your documents are being rejected, you can also review our invoice requirements as we provide a few common rejection reasons along with requirements.
The concern with this type of sourcing is per our responsible sourcing policy listed above, you would be required to showcase the full supply chain from where you purchased it, back to the brand or manufacturer. When you purchase from a third party seller you will receive a receipt from them issued by amazon. You would need to contact this seller to verify their source and trace back where they got the product, which can become very complicated as it only takes one person to not, or just stop responding to end communication. This is why it's very important to know your full supply chain prior to sourcing and selling on amazon.
Based on your situation If your documentation does not meet our requirements at this time, the account may not be eligible for reactivation as we require proof of authenticity to verify compliance and eligibility for reactivation.

The seller I bought it from was Amazon.tr directly
so my supplier is amazon itself. What I want to say is; I didn't buy it from a 3rd party seller. I bought it from amazon itself and amazon doesn't accept the invoice or receipt that amazon itself gave me (due to missing information). in this case, a deadlock starts
As mentioned you used another seller on amazon in Turkey. This is still considered a retail purchase and not purchasing directly from the brand or rights owner. If you purchased these from a third party seller, you will be required to show proof of a valid supply chain from whom ever you sourced from. This is not a matter of us not accepting our own receipts, these receipts will not address this concern.
As previously mentioned, you will be required to provide valid sourcing documentation that showcases a valid supply chain with the original brand or manufacturer. If your sourcing documents cannot achieve these, I cannot guarantee the eligibility of reactivation.

It was not a 3rd party seller, amazon itself was selling this product
you know amazon also sells and I thought it would be safer if I buy from amazon itself rather than from an unknown seller and I understand that the seller is amazon and I need to ask amazon for a document from where you bought this product, but I think amazon will not share this information with me
As previously stated, using amazon as a source of inventory is not authorized as your purchasing from us which is a retail purchase. Our sourcing documents will only show you purchased these from Amazon, and not showing a valid supply chain as required in the previously linked responsible sourcing help page:
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
As mentioned our sourcing documentation does not include this information thus our receipts will not be accepted in these situation. We may be authorized to sell product due to our sourcing or prior authorization but we cannot authorize you to use amazon as a supplier. We will require valid sourcing documentation that meets all of our requirements, and validate your supply chain.
If you are sourcing from amazon, and this is your only supply chain for this ASIN, I again cannot guarantee it will be accepted or that the account will be eligible for reactivation at this point.

As noted by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp at this time this is the only documentation we can accept to address the situation, when sourcing from amazon the documentation is for a retail purchase and will not show a valid supply chain. Due to the lack of available documentation, the account may not be eligible for reactivation. We treat these situations with the up most severity.
If your documents as previously mentioned do not meet "ALL" of our listed requirements for invoices, we cannot accept them and the account will remain deactivated at this time.
