Amazon pro account for $39.99

I am being told to upgrade to pro by amazon but no link exists from what I can see. Does anyone have a direct link to the payment site for the pro membership?

On Seller Central page upper right, click the wheel ...

Then click Account Info ...

Then on the right, click Account Management

On the page that opens, you should see a link that says Upgrade Account ... click this link to upgrade to a Professional Account.

NOTE: If you see Downgrade Account, then you already have a Professional Account.
