Amazon Brand Registry Application

Hi, is anyone else having issues with brand registry applications currently?

We have filled application for our brand (IPO published), got application status 'ineligible' and a template response that pretty much covers any possible reason, upon creating a case to ask what the reason for this is, got sent the same template response so no idea what we can do in order to rectify this. We are yet to order the stock from our supplier but unable to do this as we aren't sure the brand will be eligible for Amazon.

Anyone else having same issue in UK?
