How to activate the Europe marketplace (Amazon.fr) when the seller account is locked on USA/Canada?

Hello everyone,

I really need your help 🙏

I created an Amazon seller account under the name Elineglob, and I registered it under the North America region (USA/Canada).

My goal is to sell in France, but despite all my attempts, I cannot find any way to add or activate the Europe region (especially Amazon.fr) from my Seller Central account.

Here’s what I’ve already tried (to avoid basic answers):

Went through the “Sell Globally” section → Europe does not appear

Tried registering through sell.amazon.fr → I get redirected to sellercentral.com

In the marketplace switcher, I only see USA, Canada, Mexico, etc.

Tried contacting support → no clear or helpful answer so far

If anyone has been through this situation or knows the right link or method to unlock the Europe region, I’d really appreciate your help 🙌

Can you post a screenshot of the error message that comes up? Also, can you provide any of the seller support case IDs that I can review them to see what can be causing the problem.
