Urgent Help Needed: Main Listing Lost All Keyword Rankings, Seeking Resolution!
Dear Amazon Seller Support,
Our main product listing suddenly lost all its important keyword rankings about a month ago, causing it to no longer appear in search results. We've opened numerous cases and contacted customer support multiple times. The response has been that our listing link is fine, but the system doesn't seem to be correctly selecting our listing for display in search results.
This listing has been live for a year and had a strong ranking during last year’s Black Friday. This year, we've invested heavily in ads and participated in Amazon Lightning Deals, and sales have been great. However, out of nowhere, the search ranking disappeared, and we're left confused and concerned.
We've noticed that many other sellers on the forum are experiencing similar issues, so we believe this may be a system problem on Amazon's end, rather than an issue with our listing. We kindly request that the Amazon team reach out to us and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
If this problem is not addressed quickly, we risk having large amounts of inventory piling up in the warehouse, which would lead to significant losses for both sides. We hope Amazon takes this matter seriously and resolves it promptly.
