RECEIVED SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY AND AMAZON REFUNDED A $530 ITEM!!!!
The package was delivered with a signature from the customer, customer filed an A to Z claim and was refunded by Amazon
Can a mod please look into this A-Z claim?
Order ID: 111-7513140-4087410
The package was delivered with a signature from the customer.
A-Z claim received for this order, Amazon refunded the customer right away and gave us one chance to appeal.
To address the claim, we promptly appealed and provided all necessary documentation, including the tracking details proving the package was delivered with a signature from the customer, but still Amazon kept their original decision refunding the order to customer.

If you did not use Amazon's buy shipping, you are out of luck.

Amazon runs TV commercials about third-party sellers, but they keep doing stuff to run third-party sellers off their platform. Amazon makes it difficult to be successful on its platform.

Hello @Seller_XXKS0OxrxVcAg- and thank you for seeking some guidance on A-to-z Claims here on the seller forums.
As I review the provided Order ID, I do not see that it was shipped on time, nor that an Amazon Buy Shipping label was used, which does offer certain protections against 'Item Not Received' claims from customers. While a signature does help provide a signal for a successful delivery, requiring a signature does not guarantee the signature will match the intended customer's and does not supersede the A-to-z Claim policy, which does indicate a claim would be granted to a customer if the ship by date is not met.
I hope this information proves useful as you look to prevent A-to-z Claims in the future.
Best,
Danny
