How much should I worry- "Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation"
I have, well yes, ONE current negative feedback, just received 2 weeks ago (Order #112-4639282-1218660), of the 60 current Positive Feedback ratings on my Account. That means that I am above the 1% Defect Rate (1/60=1.67%).
We all understand how convoluted that Feedback Sysytem is, and mostly all negative feedback left is unwarranted or false. We also all know how slow lately sales have been, and the huge detremental effect even just one wrongful feedback can have.
Do I have a big worry that my Account will actually be deactivated for this one feedback?
I have been selling since 2004, and have always been 99-100% Positive, but I guess those notBots will only see the 1.67%.

Hello @Seller_Jpr1iJSGbQOdQ,
Thank you for posting your concerns with a warning that your privileges are at risk.
As this would appear to be a concern with the order defect rate, I have looked into the order. I do see this may be a concern with the condition of the product received. Reviewing the associated feedback I see this had to do with a missing case and it being received in a wrap with scratches.
Reviewing the ASIN, it was sold in a "used-good" condition which does allow for some missing parts but the condition notes of the product is contradicting itself:
- Original BETHESDA/2K 2-DVD Set, each in a new slim-jewel case, with the original 47-page Game Manual! Sorry, no box or any other items or inserts.
The condition notes advises a new slim-jewel case with original manual, but also says no box or other items. If the item did not arrive with the new case, it could be seen as either a condition, or missing items from what is advertised. Did you ship this with a jewel case?
It is not common to see this happen with a single feedback, but be aware that this decision comes at the decision of our review teams involved with the increase in this calculation. The best advice is to review the situation, if there was an issue as noted above review your other listings to verify nothing similar happens again as that would only further jeopardize the accounts selling privileges.
