I think you've probably bought a generic product and don't have any invoice showing the brand on the listing. That could be problematic should the brand owner complain.
On that point, the brand owner is a Chinese seller and it typically doesn't end well for other sellers when the owner is actively selling too.

I agree with @Seller_QuM1AZgzfU9x4 - if that product and associated invoices don't mention the brand on the listing - I wouldn't touch it.
The correct thing to do now is setup your own generic listing (and this is the case even in a Generic Listing for that product already exists) or of course create your own brand like everyone else has done and brand the product.
