Return shipping adjustment of $283.56 UPS

Hello, Susan, can you please assist on this? Case 15750715081. Received a completely invalid UPS return shipping adjustment of $283.56 for oversize and weight on a normal item return (normally $17.58 or much less for this item). Seller Help can't seem to grasp that we are disputing the UPS measurements. And we have no way to contest it with UPS because Amazon is the UPS account holder. Order in question is 114-2131118-5961825 .

Please try calling UPS directly using the Amazon dedicated number at 1-800-711-5914. State that you bought the Shipping services through Amazon and that you would like to file a claim against the shipment associated with your Order ID: 114-2131118-5961825.
