Account suspended and in verification since last 7 months no response.

Amazon blocked my account around 7 months back asking following question and more information :

To reactivate your account, submit the following information:

1. Confirmation of the country of establishment of your business - this is the country in which your legal entity is incorporated, or you are resident if you are a private individual.

2. An explanation of why the country of your Merchant Business Address does not, or has not, reflected your country of establishment.

We submitted the required information promptly in May and have not heard anything back since then.

I have raised multiple cases with Amazon support, but they copy paste same response.

This is very frustrating. Not sure what to do.

Our inventory is waiting in 3 PL since last 7 months incurring the costs etc.

@Maja_Amazon or any one from Amazon. Please expediate my case.

You can always escalate this to the managing director and explain the situation or try calling seller support and asking to be refered to the verification team. It is a case of persistence and is not easy to resolve but you do need to keep trying different avenues.

Going off previous threads this is usually VAT related - your business address is France but your ltd is UK and you did state you were looking at VAT exemption, did you go ahead with this?
