Too many bullet points - can't delete

【ISSUE】
- there are 10 Bullet Point showing on my ASIN on the detail page.
- the last 5 bullet points are the OLD one and have not been overwritten by the new ones.
【ACTIONS TAKEN】
- Raised multiple cases to ask for the deletion, yet SS was not able to resolve this
- Deleted all SKU/Offers from account and waited 48 hours
- Successfully submitted a FULL UPDATE with only 5 Bullet points ー 10 bullet points still remain
Could I ask for your engagement on the newest Case ID please?:【11043343442】

- Delete the last 5 bullet points on that detail page
- They are incorrect and irrelevant

Case ID: 11043343442 confirmed it was done, howeve,r the PDP still displays the 10 bullet points.
New case ID: 11062811462 was raised; however, the associate did not address the issue and suggested actions already taken with no success.
To confirm:
The last FIVE(5) bullets need to be deleted from the listing, leaving the TOP 5 remaining.
