Business Name displaying is wrong, it not displaying the legal entity name
Hi @Micah_Amazon
Returning to the subject, my LLC is the legal entity of my account. Still, in the seller's profile, in the part of the bottom where the Business Name is displayed, my name appears as an individual instead of my LLC, which is the legal entity registered.
I opened three support cases, but the only recommendation I have been given is to change my tax interview. The tax interview was filled out correctly as a single-member LLC, and I cannot change it.
I need the profile to show the name of the LLC that will legally sell the products.
The tax interview information is for tax purposes with the governmental regulatory body and Amazon's tax treatment use, not for public disclosure to the customer.
I´ll really appreciate your support.

Hello @Seller_7Maj7d7vLANSd,
Thank you for reaching out. The seller information you provide to Amazon appears in the Seller Profile page and contains the following fields:
The name displayed to customers for your Amazon listings and on your Seller Profile.
For companies, the name your business is registered under; for individuals entities, your name.
For companies, it’s the address your business is registered under; for individuals entities, it’s your operating address.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Cheers,
Micah

What happens when you select "Legal Entity," under "Business Info" under 'Account Info"? Do you not have the choice to edit the business entity type and business name? I think when you do that, you are given a chance to enter your business name and your EIN. I think your business name will be individual. I forgot how it was, but it's confusing. I thought I was also giving them info for tax purposes, but they assigned that personal information to my Amazon storefront, which I wasn't thrilled with.
I didn't like that my name was the store display name, but I didn't bother sending in tickets. I just dealt with it because I didn't want to waste my time on support. However, when it came down to the yearly or either bi-yearly account re-verification, Amazon requested my business bank account statements, and they saw the name of my business entity on the statements. After that, they saw the name of my actual business name, and I verified it was correct, and the store name changed to the actual entity.

We have had this issue for years. Amazon does not recognize a single member LLC. It changes it to your personal information instead of the business info. We have tried everything with no resolution.
