Gourmet Food Subcategory application
I have a new Brand on Amazon that has been approved, my gtin application was approved and now I have to apply to the gourmet food application. My business have been established since 2017, so I am a bit confused on the application requirements. The only thing I purchase in quantities is boxes and labels as needed. All foods are manufactured, packaged, and delivered or shipped in house. Is there something specific that I can use to show authenticity to be approved, such as packaging, ingredients?

Not sure if I understand correctly, but if they want invoices, they are looking for invoices from your suppliers. Even if you make the food, you have to purchase the ingredients.
