Dear Amazon Brand Registry Department,
We have received your notification dated 05/20/2024 regarding the rejection of our application for the ..... brand to the Amazon Brand Registry. After carefully reviewing the reasons for this decision as outlined in your letter, we wish to submit our appeal for the following reasons.
Allegations of Amazon Brand Registry Policy Violations:
We disagree with the allegation that we have violated Amazon's policies. We have adhered to all policies during and after our application process and have not engaged in any violations. We are ready to provide further information and evidence on this matter.
Related Accounts and Policy Violations:
We reject the claim that our application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry policies. Our account is completely independent and has not been involved in any violations. This is the only account we have.
Seller Verification and Related Accounts:
As the primary owner, the selling account we are associated with has passed the seller verification process and has not encountered any issues. We are ready to provide additional information and documents regarding this process. The last authentication of our seller account was successfully completed on June 24, 2024.
Insufficient Evidence of Branding:
We believe we have provided sufficient evidence of branding on our products and packaging. Photographs of our products, packaging, and other branding evidence are attached. We are prepared to provide additional evidence if necessary.
Deactivated Selling Account:
None of our selling accounts are deactivated. The account we currently use is active and operates in compliance with Amazon's requirements.
US Trademark Application and Federal Regulations:
Our trademark application was filed by a licensed attorney in the United States and complies with all USPTO regulations. We have attached documents related to the trademark application process.
We request that our application be reconsidered and our appeal be taken into account, allowing the registration of our ----- brand in the Amazon Brand Registry. We are willing to cooperate and provide any additional information required for the re-evaluation of our application.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist with your Brand Registry enrollment application appeal. Thank you for the case ID. I reviewed the attachments and information you provided and have found some discrepancies that do not align with the enrollment requirements. Specifically, the invoices you attached are not in an format that can be accepted and the info in the invoice does not align with the information on the TM in USPTO.
You can find the acceptable formats in the Apply to sell a product, category, or brand Seller University video and what information is required for the invoice in the Amazon Brand Registry Application Guide.
I hope this provides a bit more insight into the reason your application and appeal was declined. I recommend that once you have identified the issues mentioned above, you submit additional information on your current appeal case that corrects these issues.
