Company name change, amazon support can not helping me.

Hello, maybe someone here can help me.

I want to change my company name, at europe account I have done it without any problems, here I can not do it. When I am going to settings I see red error without any explanations.

I have contacted amazon support two times and in both cases I got answer "that we can not helping you"

and how can I move if I do not understand the reason of the problem???

I am asking someone from support team to read my case and help me resolve my problem!!

How do I update my tax information and legal business name?

To update your tax information, you must complete the U.S. Tax Identity Information Interview.

To update your legal business name:

  1. Go to Settings and click Account Info.
  2. Under Business Information, click Legal Entity.
  3. Enter your Legal Business Name and click Update.
