I need to withdraw funds from my store and conduct a virtual verification. The legal person is my father-in-law, not me. However, the legal person (my father-in-law) needs to be verified, but my father-in-law does not speak Mandarin. Can I do the virtual video verification on my father-in-law's behalf? It is required that the account owner join the video call. If needed, someone else can join with them to translate. Would you be able to translate for your father-in-law? If you decide to join with him, please introduce yourself at the beginning of the call and be prepared to explain your association with the account. You may also be asked to verify your identity so please ensure that you are prepared to do so.
