I am not a PRo dealer in books. My understanding is that I am only able to ship books by MEDIA mail at 3.99. Nevertheless, I get an occasional order to be shipped internationally or priority or 2nd day or UPS or a few other surprises. I play along, but sometimes have to cancel an order even tho' it is available. I want to be a Media mail 3.99 kinda guy. How can I find out what Amz thinks I am and how can I change it to my preference?

If you are on the professional plan, look to your shipping templates (all of them).
If on the individual plan, you will have to check individual listings to make sure that international is not allowed.

You've been on the Forum for over 7 years and haven't figured out how to change to a Professional account so you can set your own shipping templates?
As @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blnotes, go to the Professional plan if you want control. You are losing money on EVERY SALE if you are still on the individual plan.
