Conflicting Responses To My Appeal
Dear Amazon Forum
I need your help. I am HAVE NOT GOTTEN any official response from my appeal, however, I have been getting conflicting responses when I inquire. Some will say my appeal was rejected while others will say it is still under evaluation.
I was waiting for the official response so I can produce the new evidence - Letter and Invoice from Munfacturer/Supplier incase it is needed to support my case. . Since that didn't come and all I kept getting were conflicting responses to my inquiry, I decided to respond with the new evidence based on some of the agents that responded with rejection.
Looking and reading into these few cases I have listed below you will get more information.
As it is, I am still getting automated responses with no acknowledgement of the new evidence and not a word of it in their response. Am concerned the new evidence is just lost in a thread of an Amazon agent and not treated officially.

I have reviewed your previous posts about this and the cases you have shared with us. As @Emet_Amazon has mentioned in your previous post, there are multiple situations where if we do not receive the required information to resolve the violation, you may not receive a response to your appeal attempt.

You may continue to submit new dispute information that proves your account has NOT violated policy at the time you were deactivated. Appeals where you accept responsibility for any prior violations of policy will not be accepted.
