DD+7 disbursement has not been made

Just been moved onto DD+7 disbursements but first was due yesterday and has not been made and no funds available for disbursement. Payments say a further disbursement due 9/9/2024.

what does disbursements look like?

is the "request' button greyed out like this?

We're in a similar boat. Just converted to DD+7 also. Total funds are a considerable amount of money however Reserve is only £50. Would have thought funds would show in Reserve.

Can anyone enlighten us?

I'm beginning to think this is not working as it should. We've had no disbursement since 11th Aug. Money just keeps growing in the reserve. I can prove delivery dates for many orders through tracking. The money is not coming after DD +7. What on earth is going on? Moderators need to get involved in this. Small businesses are under serous threat from what seems like some technical fault. Amazon can take their fees and a reasonable amount for a reserve, they cannot just keep all our money with no explanation! This may be a case for the Financial Ombudsman. This is starting to feel like exploitation of people with small businesses.

I was due to get my first DD+7 payments yesterday following on from my move over to the new policy on the 18/09. None of my funds have been updated despite being delivered within the timeframe. Sometimes it will show as funds due to go out on my next disbursement then it will go back to £0. Not sure if there is a major glitch.

Having major effects on the business try to stay afloat. @Winston_Amazon is there anything you can do to assist?
