shipment has been signed by Amazon warehouse over 24 days, never on receiving status
My shipment was delivered to the Amazon warehouse by DHL on March 25th and has been signed by the Amazon warehouse.
But there are no logistics information updates on Amazon shipments, and the Amazon system has not even confirmed the tracking number.
We contacted the carrier ask for proof of delivered, and then ask for help to Amazon customer service. Amazon customer service always tells us to wait and never solves problems, the service is too poor.
Can Amazon solve the problem quickly? Collecting so much inventory configuration fees, things are getting worse and worse

I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, including high volume.
That said, if your shipment has not been checked in in the next week or so, please reach back out to me in this thread so I can investigate further!
