Issue with Tracking Number Update and Delivery for FBA Shipment ID FBA17MJSS02L

I am reaching out regarding an issue encountered during the FBA shipment process conducted via my Amazon Seller Central account. My company has been shipping products to Amazon’s FBA warehouses through UPS. During transit, some packages were lost by UPS but were later found and returned to me for inspection. After inspecting and repackaging, these products were sent back to the Amazon FBA warehouses.

However, during the reshipment, although the original Amazon FBA labels were retained, UPS issued new tracking numbers as follows:

1Z32R10R0433011871

1Z32R10R0425559304

1Z32R10R0432503289

1Z32R10R0437907094

When I attempted to update these new tracking numbers in the system, I was unable to do so as the update section was closed. Currently, my products are being held at UPS's FBA warehouse and there has been no delivery date provided by Amazon.

Shipment ID: FBA17MJSS02L

Due to this situation, it is necessary to update the tracking numbers in the system and expedite the process to ensure the correct and timely delivery of my products to the Amazon FBA warehouse. I kindly request intervention from the relevant Amazon departments to facilitate communication and accelerate the process.

Hello @Seller_WV1A0Jkh1ksOb, since you used an Amazon partnered carrier, the tracking information is generated for you. Did you update the ship date? The fulfillment center may not have been expecting your shipment resulting in these delays.
