Business address verification Ukraine
Dear Sir/Madam
I have already completed 4 of the 5 points that I had to complete related to the INFORM Consumers Act.
I have a problem with Business Address. And as I see Ukrainian sellers have the same issues.
I should receive a letter with a code to an address in Ukraine, but in my personal account Seller central shows me that I have an Invalid Address.
I found out information on the forum of sellers from Ukraine and it turned out that this is due to the fact that now the UPS delivery service that delivers these postcards does not work in Ukraine because of the war, and for this reason they cannot deliver the letter to me. This is the reason why Amazon shows me Invalid Address.
I recently sent a request to Amazon regarding the Business Address, and they told me that they would give me a tracking number and a postal service for the letter. But nothing happened unfortunately
