Can't download a product template in English
Hi there!
My listing was removed over a month ago even though I provided all required documents to Amazon. Recently, they told me to remove all references that led to the listing deactivation. I'm not able to edit a listing from the inventory page. I was told that I could download the product template spreadsheet and remove specific words that Amazon doesn't like but I only see the spreadsheet in Spanish for Amazon Mexico while I'm selling in the US. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.
Can someone please help me with this issue?

I'm sorry you are having issues getting your spreadsheet for US. It may be that you are in your Amazon Mexico account. If you provide your most recent steps to replicate this experience from your most recent Seller Support Case, I will review and see what escalation options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
