EPR France and Spain
How do I get UIN numbers to satisfy the EPR compliance and avoid Amazon keep charging me? I am a reseller so I do not have one "upstream supplier". I recycle all of my packaging and I sell only books and music. I obtained a LUCID number easily enough to resolve this for Germany, but I can't see how to bat it away for France or Spain.

Same issue, I have heard you can register to get one but you're looking at a lot of money to pay to get it...
