Customer made wrong cashback I want my money back.

Well my problem is that I sold an item to a customer for which he asked me for a refund, I refused to give him a refund, he made an A to Z claim and after claiming the cashback hit my account. The item has not arrived yet and I don't have the money. Please solve my problem. The size the customer told me, I made the jacket in exactly the same size, the quality he ordered. Told that the jacket was produced above the same quality and the customer himself told me that there is no problem with the item, there is no problem with the quality of the jacket and the quality of the jacket is very good. The claim of size issue was wrong because the size he said I made it in the same size and sent it to him please talk to him or do anything give me my money back mine is too big it's too big will go which is not my fault even i am totally right and the customer is wrong i have all proofs which i can provide u u can also go and open his chat and see all In the chat he has said that your checks are of very good quality, please after that he lied that the jacket was damaged or there was any other problem with the jacket. Please consider and give me my money back, thank you

If the customer had to open an A tp Z because you wouldn't do a return you are now out of the product and the money. You may want to put your account on vacation and go over amazon policies for returns and refunds. Remember that your return policies can be better than amazons but it can not be less than what they guarantee their customers.

This means that most items are allowed to be returned for any reason within the given return window (typically 30 days). This is to ensure a consistent returns experience across the platform.

That being said, this is likely the reason the buyer was granted an A-to-Z claim. Failure to comply with Amazon's return policy may result in automatically granted claim. You can learn more about that here.

For any future in-policy return requests that you may receive, you can always follow the restocking fee guidelines or file a Safe-T claim if you feel the item is returned in a materially different condition than which you sent it.
