I make and sell Handmade products, but sometimes I don't have the equipment to put my design on a product so I sell those products non-Handmade aka "regular" products.

Today I started noticing that for my non-Handmade products - when editing the product using the online Manage All Inventory tool, that Product Details now include a Handmade Classification. I first saw this for a magnet, and now also for these note pads:

The screenshot shows the Handmade Classification Product Details and its drop-down menu options:

I am not going to open a support case because I value my sanity and this is something where a moderator can plainly see what is happening and direct any issue to the appropriate team while noting they have done so here.

I am making a public record so Amazon can't start hammering Handmade seller accounts by claiming we are selling non-Handmade products as Handmade.

It is Amazon which is including a Handmade Classification product detail for non-Handmade products, and doing who knows what else behind the scenes.

On the other hand, if Amazon has loosened its rules so I can sell as Handmade my designs where I need to outsource product creation/shipping, like seemingly every other marketplace, and I missed that announcement let me know. Thanks.
