Will there be information on how we can stop unauthorized resellers of our branded products?
Amazon assured us we had that ability when the company I represent started selling on here and became brand registered, but we have been roadblocked every time I try to gate our brands to stop this from happening. We need control over our brands on Amazon - it is entirely out of control by whoever wants to sell (or drop ship) which has led to some very poor quality listings without any accountability.
Brand Registry, we were told, would let us regain control. How?

Hi,
Like other sellers, we're having issues with the "Winning Contributor" concept.
We are the brand owner, no external seller can make changes to our listings. We're registered in Brand Registry.
Problem: How can we identify who the winning contributor is per listing? We're having to play a guessing game with multiple accounts and multiple seller support cases every day, sometimes taking weeks to resolve. Is there a way to know who within our brand is controlling the listing? Could an Administrator be able to view this information? Or could an Administrator choose who the winning contributor is per ASIN?
Also, seller support always says the winning contributor will be notified. However this is a lie. Either really make a notification happen (email or case or something else) or stop saying there is a notification sent when there isn't.

I am trying to apply for Brand Registry. My application and appeal got denied. I realize the problem but I am unable to re-apply because when I go to enroll my brand and type in my brand name it says “application for brand Wild Ray is under review”. It should no longer be under review because the application and appeal have both been rejected. I am trying to figure out how to close this application so I can re-apply. I have already “closed this case”, reached out to seller support, reached out to brand registry support, reached out in my case logs and reached out in my application case log.

On September 5th, 2023, I attempted to apply for brand registration. My application was marked as "incomplete". I realized the issue, but was unable to reapply because when I tried to register my brand and input its name, it said "the brand application is under review". After several appeals, the Amazon brand team replied to my email saying that my registration application process would be restored no earlier than 90 days later.
As of December 7th, 2023, which is 90 days after my last application, the brand application status changed to "rejected" because the previous appeal email mentioned that my brand registration application would be restored no earlier than 90 days later. Therefore, I chose to reapply, but when I started a new application, I found that there was no "Are you the owner of the trademark being applied for?" option on my application page, and the entry for uploading purchase contracts, commercial invoices, and authorization letters was missing, which made it impossible for me to upload information such as purchase contracts, commercial invoices, and authorization letters for my products. I don't know why this is happening, and I hope that my brand registration process can be fully restored so that I can apply for brand registration in accordance with the complete requirements.

My brand registry was just approved. Is there a way to "edit" my old listings that I previously marked as generic to reflect that they are this brand? or do I have create all new listings for them to show my brand?
