Unable to Change Title and Product Description - Product Safety Issue
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue when attempting to change the product description manually or through PartialUpdate and full update by uploading a file. Despite these efforts, the title and description do not update, and I receive the following error message: "ERROR: Product Safety Issue.
My SKU is listed under "Product Compliance Requests," with the following identifier: UPSCChildrensJewelryUS. It is crucial to change the keywords for this product as we do not sell to children. And I can not upload the children safety report because we dont sell to children.
PLease note that when I tried to appeal the ASINs, they required me removed the keywords [boys, girls... kids related words), as my products are no way is to sell to children . So this is my choice
Please assist me in changing the product name and description.
