Account Deactivation Identity Verification

My account has been deactivated due to verification issues. I've provided all necessary documentation, including my identity card and bank statement clearly displaying my correct address.

After waiting for a week, I decided to ship products to the Amazon warehouse. However, system then sent an email stating that they couldn't verify my payment account. I've subsequently provided my passport (first and second pages with signature), bank statement, and utility bill, yet verification remains unsuccessful. This is a frustrating and inefficient process.

I've already invested in products that have been shipped to the Amazon warehouse, only to receive a deactivation email today.

I contacted the seller support team, but they sent me the same unsuccessful verification email that I received from the verification team. Can anyone please provide me the solution since my product is almost shipped to amazon warehouse.

You've learnt the hard way, unfortunately. Never send goods until your account is fully verified, as you will still be charged storage fees. You need to wait until all aspects of the account have the green verified tick.
