Promise Extension
Our "Promised delivery date with promise extension" shows the same date/time as the "Promised delivery date without a promise extension". How do you get the promise extension added to deliveries? This is seriously hurting our OTDR as deliveries are delivered after the promised delivery time by only a few hours but still the same day as the promised delivery day.
