Selling Application - Your account does not qualify - Brand Approval.
This is my first time on this forum. I’m just about to start my amazon FBA journey except I have run into the impossible problem that it sounds like every seller has to go through, “Amazon Seller Support”.
I am at my wits end and I don’t know where to turn, I am trying to list my first product after many listing drafts going around and around due to error messages about almost everything.
I have requested Brand Approval. But its rejected with below message:
We are currently not accepting applications to create ASIN(s) for the provided brand name "-----".
Its my first time, can anyone help please, especially Amazon Staff:

Some brands don't allow the creation of ASINs on amazon - they would manage it themselves (or work with Amazon to create any listings).
What is the brand? And is it a barcoded product?

According to the case ID you provided, you are experiencing error 5665 when attempting to add the product. Have you had a chance to review the troubleshooting guide available at this link:Error code 5665 and approval requirements
"If you encounter one of the error codes listed below while trying to create a new ASIN, it’s because you’re attempting to create an ASIN with a brand attribute that hasn’t been authorised by Amazon."
