My Amazon account has been showing invalid payment method since the beginning of January 2024, but during that time the credit card has been successful in debiting the storage fee every month, I changed to a new credit card which also shows invalid payment method, if my credit card is invalid why is it being debited successfully again, is it a problem with the Amazon system, it's been almost one and a half months now and I've been unable to operate my back office, it's very confusing, as well as I don't know what to do, I'd like to get any advice from you all, thank you.
