What is the best way to contact the disbursement appeals team? I've been emailing them for the last couple of days but there is no feedback. One week ago I received an email that mentioned my availability to disburse my funds. Is it possible to contact them by phone?

As mentioned by @Seller_LyYw7fQRKc5G7, you can email this team for funds requests, as they had also mentioned, if the account has been deactivated this team may only follow up after the 90-days.

If the account has been deactivated, could you provide your deactivation notice. If you're able to reactivate the account, funds should also become available.
