Buy Shipping Protection is just a scam to get you to use Amazon labels. I had an order placed on a Sunday 02/02/2025 and I shipped the order in less than 24 hours with buy shipping on 02/03/2025. Buyer opened an A-Z claim and it was paid out of my account and counted against my ODR. I appealed and got a reply that they stand behind the original decision. I have attemped to contact Amazon with no luck. I do not really need help or advice. I have other plans that I will not post here.

I just wanted to let everyone else know, Amazon Buy Shipping is just a SCAM. They may or may NOT protect you. It all depends on the employee who reviews the case. Also, USPS website does not always show the scans. In my case the package has over 100 scans and the employee is not looking in the right places. But I do not have time to spend on an order that was only $10 bucks and Amazon knows this, that why they do not care, I truly believe it is their job to NOT pay whenever possible. Then they CUT OFF all communications. That's ok though because I am not the one. I do not have time today but tomorrow I will make time but I am going to want more than my $10 back.

Amazon has not been my primary marketplace for a while. I just stay here for reasons I will not post here ;)
