Bank Account Verification Issue
Good morning,
Facing a rather unique situation here. My current bank recently closed down two of their local branches so I am switching to another bank - a local credit union.
The issue I am facing is that for some odd reason, the credit union cuts off the last digit of my bank account on their statements. So if the account ends in 1834, the statement shows at 183.
When I try to submit the statement for verification, it obviously fails.
What can I do to get this account verified? There is no way to for me personally to get the full account # on the statement. Seller support has been awful and just Keeps giving me the same generic answer with a link to the verification page.

You will need to reach out to your credit union directly to receive a statement that shows the full account number.
We cannot bypass the verification on our end as that is a standard process.
