Updating emergency contact email and phone number
Sigh...so frustrated with this never ending garbage. of note is the fact that my phone number and email has not changed in the past 15 years that i've been on Amazon. I've probably verified them in all seriousness at least 100 times, no exaggeration. Once again it's asking for them to be verified so as I'll play the stupid never ending game. Verify phone number...enter otp code...verified. verify email....tried this about 10 times today and even though I have a whole page of emails from sales...no email to verify. Yes, i checked spam and trash.
I can't wait till tomorrow when Amazon tells me my account will be deactivated if I don't update this....
Anyone have a solution to this that doesn't require spending hours filing cases that will get me stupid canned responses that have nothing to do with my problem?

Never mind. after about 35 attempts I finally received the verification email..Only took two days. Simply amazing as it's the same email I've had my entire time here on Amazon and i get dozens if not hundreds of emails a day to from Amazon...and despite verifying it countless times..along with my phone number I still have to waste time doing this again, over, and over, and over....
