Seeking Guidance on Account Deactivation Due to Section 3 Policy Violation

Dear Sellers and Admin,

My account was deactivated due to concerns regarding the authenticity of the ASIN product, Adrenal Desiccated (90 Tablets). However, I have already submitted all the required evidence to demonstrate that the product was sourced from a supplier listed on the manufacturer’s official website as an authorized seller.

But every time, I am receiving the following rejection message from Amazon:

*“We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account. You have not sent us sufficient information that we previously requested from you to address our concerns with your account. For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods.”*

Given the nature of the product—a supplement manufactured by Standard Process—it’s difficult to imagine how such a product could even be faked. Despite this, my appeals continue to be denied, and I am unsure what additional information Amazon requires to resolve this issue.

My account was deactivated on September 27, 2024. I am a new seller on Amazon, having opened my account in late August or early September 2024, and I was deactivated just a few weeks after starting my business. As a new seller, I initially had very limited knowledge of Amazon’s policies and processes.

Since my deactivation, I have appealed 5-6 times over the last two months, but my account has not been reactivated. I believe that my first 2-3 appeals were not appropriate due to my lack of experience and understanding of Amazon’s requirements. However, in the last two months, I have studied Amazon’s policies extensively and now understand the importance of providing clear evidence of product sourcing and authenticity.

To address these requirements, I have submitted:

• Invoices from a supplier listed as an authorized seller on the manufacturer’s website (Standard Process).

• Proof of Payment through bank and PayPal records.

• Screenshots of the supplier’s listing on the manufacturer’s official “Where to Buy” page.

The product in question is a Standard Process supplement, a reputable and regulated product, and I have sold only one unit of this ASIN. Despite submitting all the necessary evidence, my appeals continue to be denied with the same rejection message, and I am unsure what more Amazon requires.

In my effort to comply with Amazon’s requirements, I have also managed to establish connections with two legitimate distributors to source products in line with Amazon’s expectations. However, despite making all these efforts and improving my understanding of Amazon’s rules, I have not been able to reactivate my account.

In the last few weeks, I have also consulted with several law firms specializing in Amazon account reactivations. While they claim they can reactivate my account for a fee of $2,000-$3,000, I am skeptical because I have already submitted all the required evidence and cannot see what additional documentation they could provide.

At this point, I am left wondering:

1. What specific issues remain unresolved in my submission?

2. What additional evidence or documentation Amazon might need that I haven’t already provided?

3. How can I proceed as a new seller who is willing to comply with all of Amazon’s rules and policies but is unsure of what else to do?

I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to proceed with my appeal. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Mohammad Mohasin Billah
